The only delivery option available for the seal we required was ‘next day courier’ at a cost of £26.38 plus VAT. Admittedly the weather was wild but there was alternate routes in place on A90 for 48 hrs before a contra flow was operational. As we had not received the delivery we contacted Reddiseal after 5 days to be told they would contact the courier for an update but we heard nothing till the delivery driver arrived with a very battered package - SEVEN DAYS LATE!!! Again we contacted Reddiseal who very quickly shrugged their shoulders and blamed the couriers for the delay and the state of the delivery. I reminded them that our contact was with them was for ‘safe next day delivery’. Eventually after much debate Reddiseal said they would refund the delivery charges. We waited three and a half weeks and no funds were returned to our bank account so we wrote and requested an update as to when this money would be received. A reply was received to say they would look into it now but they had a large backlog and asked that we bear with them. Another 10 days on and still no refund! ! ! Goods appear to be fine but customer service is severely lacking.

The sash restrictors I purchased were of extremely poor quality -threads were seized on more than half of them. Not fit for purpose, so I returned them, as faulty goods. Over two months later, I am still to receive my refund.

Incorrect seal size sent out. Ordered 3 sizes and two were the same. Unfortunately contractor on site could not complete the works and so abortive charges were issues to Client.

Second time I used them after a disaster the first time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but wish I never bothered . I made an order on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Apparently a problem with system so order didn’t get sent out until Thursday. No communication about this! Chased order Thursday and told it would be there Friday but only half tuned up. Called again on Friday to say I needed items by tomorrow for security reasons, they then resent order but again it was incorrect. Order finally turned up on Monday. Complained to company and was told that someone would be back to me with a shipping refund ,this never happened! No call from Reddiseal. Would never use this company again!! Poor service, poor customer relations. POOR COMPANY!

Ordered over £300 of sash window items. But they didn't have the weight size in stock for next day delivery. They said it'd arrive with me on Monday the following week. No delivery, so phoned on wednesday and spoke to a helpful person who offered an alternative for next day delivery. Which turned up on thursday..on its own, without anything else on the order. I waited till Friday before phoning again having asked for an update. Eventually found out the second delivery had been wrongly labelled and was with someone else. Told them I would buy the missing items from elsewhere and they said they'd refund me. Still no repayment. Apparently I am involved in a complaints procedure. But surely it should just be a straight forward repayment for non delivered items?

both putty lids were smashed during transit so the putty is already setting in the tubs before we have even received the goods.

Ordered on the 13th July , still waiting on delivery on the 22nd July. Work on my windows now held up.Called to chase during the week, was assured had been posted , but agent did say there were problems with Royal Mail. Reddiseals , if you know there are problems with Royal mail - use another service !

Shocking service I paid for the product with Royal Mail postage, I emailed a few days later to ask when I should expect my product only to be advertised they had forgotten to send it

Hi. Order arrived too late. possibly due to bank holiday monday at the time. So had to get the material else were. Just opened the box today 14/06/2023 for another job and 3 rolls of galzing tape where the wrong size. Don't need too return, just not very happy.

Really poor packaging seals arrived off reel in a mess For a expensive delivery charge they could properly box the order I placed it looked like some one had dumped rubbish when the courier left them as the flimsy packaging used was filled to shreds

Ordered of this company many times. On the last previous orders…. Took amount of over £500 and 2 days later had no delivery on a next day pre 12. Called 2 days later and they told me it wasn’t in stock. I had to call up to find this out. This was now a Friday… Paid for a next day Saturday pre 12. Still Nothing came. Monday comes and still No delivery, which we ended driving 2.5 hours to collect in person as this was the only way we were getting our goods. This was DX fault no doubt as they made no intention to deliver on Saturday as all they did was take an image of the outside of the entrance to our industrial estate. Rediseals themselves are a good company with good stock. However DX who deliver their items also represent them and have cost us untold inconvenience far to many times now. Will not be using again. Mightons provide a better service by far

Paid invoice and received no goods. Glazing butyl tape was out of stock. Should have been called last Friday with an update but heard nothing so far. Goods are urgently needed. Not impressed.
