Really poor packaging seals arrived off reel in a mess For a expensive delivery charge they could properly box the order I placed it looked like some one had dumped rubbish when the courier left them as the flimsy packaging used was filled to shreds

Ordered of this company many times. On the last previous orders…. Took amount of over £500 and 2 days later had no delivery on a next day pre 12. Called 2 days later and they told me it wasn’t in stock. I had to call up to find this out. This was now a Friday… Paid for a next day Saturday pre 12. Still Nothing came. Monday comes and still No delivery, which we ended driving 2.5 hours to collect in person as this was the only way we were getting our goods. This was DX fault no doubt as they made no intention to deliver on Saturday as all they did was take an image of the outside of the entrance to our industrial estate. Rediseals themselves are a good company with good stock. However DX who deliver their items also represent them and have cost us untold inconvenience far to many times now. Will not be using again. Mightons provide a better service by far

Paid invoice and received no goods. Glazing butyl tape was out of stock. Should have been called last Friday with an update but heard nothing so far. Goods are urgently needed. Not impressed.

Ordered weatherboard flipper door seal 30th September we wanted them to take to our holiday home in France order still hadn't arrived by the time we had to leave the 6th of October despite being charged a massive 10.90 carriage what a completely useless service. I run an on-line eBay shop and if I gave this kind of service I would be down graded

Overall disappointed. I ordered and paid for goods on a Monday morning (having phoned with a query and being told they were in stock) and paid for next day delivery. Part of my order was not delivered until Thursday and I suspect would still be outstanding if I hadn’t chased it up - not good enough in my opinion and no refund made of next day delivery charge.

Phoned me back. Cancelled my order saying I needed EORI number to receive delivery. Nonsense. Ordered and received delivery from competitor at much lower cost. Lesson learnt. I won't be back.

My understanding is that we were awaiting delivery of the product you ordered and that we offered an alternative size. Reddiseals price check our products within our market sectors but appreciate more cost effective products are available in the wider market although in our experience not necessarily to the same specification or quality. Took my order and claimed next day delivery. Contacted me a couple of days later and advised materials would not be available for approx 4 to 6 weeks. They did offer to cancel the order and refund money. Not a very professional company.
