Ordered weatherboard flipper door seal 30th September we wanted them to take to our holiday home in France order still hadn't arrived by the time we had to leave the 6th of October despite being charged a massive 10.90 carriage what a completely useless service. I run an on-line eBay shop and if I gave this kind of service I would be down graded

Thank you for your review. We are Sorry you did not receive your weatherbar in time for your departure to France. I can confirm that your order was recieved and despatched on the day of receipt. Unfortunately, due to nationwide freight issues, we have experienced delays in delivery and your order is currently under specific investigation due to the time taken to track your order. Overall disappointed. I ordered and paid for goods on a Monday morning (having phoned with a query and being told they were in stock) and paid for next day delivery. Part of my order was not delivered until Thursday and I suspect would still be outstanding if I hadn’t chased it up - not good enough in my opinion and no refund made of next day delivery charge.

Phoned me back. Cancelled my order saying I needed EORI number to receive delivery. Nonsense. Ordered and received delivery from competitor at much lower cost. Lesson learnt. I won't be back.

My understanding is that we were awaiting delivery of the product you ordered and that we offered an alternative size. Reddiseals price check our products within our market sectors but appreciate more cost effective products are available in the wider market although in our experience not necessarily to the same specification or quality. Took my order and claimed next day delivery. Contacted me a couple of days later and advised materials would not be available for approx 4 to 6 weeks. They did offer to cancel the order and refund money. Not a very professional company.

I bought my stuff for next day delivery and paid over £8 to cover the delivery cost. Bought my stuff on a Thursday but received it on Monday. Am still waiting for the delivery cost to be reimbursed

Disgusting attitude to those customers lucky enough not to live in the more populated areas of the UK. Attempted to charge over £60 P&P for goods worth £18!! Could have ordered the same material from Ireland and had shipped to Scotland for £40. Only use if you have no alternative and be prepared to be ripped off with their shipping charges

Thanks for passing on your feedback, unfortunately the delivery postcode in question is deemed ‘Remote’ and we are restricted by our courier charges. Due to the size of the products in question (2.2m lengths), it makes them difficult to transport and limits the carriers we can use.
