“Having trawled the web for hours looking for specific window parts, Reddiseals were the only company that seemed to hold stock of what I needed. I did order, only to find that I'd requested the wrong length. Reddiseals very quickly dispatched the correct length, once I'd realised my mistake and I was able to fit my "replacement" windows very quickly. The sales staff were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. My sincere thanks to both of the ladies I spoke to and the warehouse staff for their expediency in despatching my orders. Delivery service, Aspray24, was also exceptional, keeping me informed of the delivery every step of the way. Overall GREAT!!!”

“Very quick service; I requested Royal Mail second class delivery and package was sent out for delivery within 48 hours. Let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver despite my being in, they simply pushed card through letterbox without even using the knocker! Items (window locks and sash lifts) look good; satin nickel finish very subtle. They were very carefully packaged. My only criticism is the quality of the screws for fixing; these are poor, very soft metal which will only survive one fixing so I will have to buy spares as I do remove window furniture each time I decorate.”

“Bought Flexistrip and Silfix U9 recently from Reddiseals Ltd. Both at very competitive prices. Delivery charges compare favourably with other companies but decided to self collect as slightly cheaper in fuel. Items were boxed up ready for collection when I arrived. Ordering online very simple and invoice was emailed back. Have used Reddiseals before and always very pleased with the prices and the service.”

“The window locks are well made and very presentable. However, I am disappointed with the screws provided... Nobody uses flat-head screws these says... Get your own, or risk having to drill them out.”

“Good product delivered on time - I would have appreciated the option when ordering online of choosing the "double-sided" parting bead to save cutting and reversing. I only saw this option after ordering by reading the technical info! My oversight perhaps!”
