“My purchase was not the biggest , but due to a stock issue I received a phone call within 15 minutes of placing my internet order. Very pleased with the way I was assisted, the gentleman was friendly, informative, and quick to resolve the issue. “My third or fourth order, same good service as always, delivered quickly and no shortages. My only comments are that occasionally the beading has imperfections meaning the whole length can't be used and a recent purchase of wood repair did not prompt for the dual cartridge gun needed so more postal expense when it could have been included in the original order”
