“Great service. Why? Always answered phone within 3-4 rings. My order delivered next day before 12pm. And when I asked to return an item I didn't need, next day collection for a very reasonable fee.”

“Lost my package then sent me two shipments and they havent come back on how I get the second shipment back. A tad rude when I complained. Also, pre me placing the order I thought I would call to see if all the parts are in stock because I didn't want the stress of having a part order- lucky I did because there was a piece not in stock. It just adds to the already stressful process of house refurbs- I think a little end user process and for thought would go a long way. Very hard to get quick accurate, prompt service these days and reddiseal is no exception. I had 2 issues with my standard interaction.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of spring balances for my windows but unfortunately they are slightly diferrent and did not fit. I contacted Reddiseals and the promised to refund on return. Good service and helpful.”

“Firstly the ease of use of the web site: It allowed the options to be understandood and selection of the products to be made easily. The ordering process was also very smooth and again easy to use. Another suppliers web site in this market had poor interfaces and ordering processes that our Apple computer blocked re security concerns Goods arrived in secure packaging that in spite of the couriers efforts to damage the parcel had protected the mouldings in transit Excellent service and goods would definitely use Reddiseals again.”
