“This is the second time I have used Reddiseals and I am delighted with the products and service I have received. I purchased some 5mm bubble seal to fit to a new timber window frame. It arrived promptly by courier, boxed on a cardboard spool, in good condition and I fitted it to the frame using the router cutter they supplied with my previous project. It was quick and easy to use and provides a good weather and draught seal for the completed frame. The double glazing unit using was fitted using their 10mm flexistrip left over from the previous project. Although I had had this from some time, kept in its original packaging in cool dry conditions it still worked perfectly. I now plan to use some of the remaining bubble seal - 50 m goes a long way- to replace the poor quality foam seals on an exterior door that has been leaking energy and draughts for years!”

“Lost my package then sent me two shipments and they havent come back on how I get the second shipment back. A tad rude when I complained. Also, pre me placing the order I thought I would call to see if all the parts are in stock because I didn't want the stress of having a part order- lucky I did because there was a piece not in stock. It just adds to the already stressful process of house refurbs- I think a little end user process and for thought would go a long way. Very hard to get quick accurate, prompt service these days and reddiseal is no exception. I had 2 issues with my standard interaction.”
