Lost my package then sent me two shipments and they havent come back on how I get the second shipment back. A tad rude when I complained. Also, pre me placing the order I thought I would call to see if all the parts are in stock because I didn't want the stress of having a part order- lucky I did because there was a piece not in stock. It just adds to the already stressful process of house refurbs- I think a little end user process and for thought would go a long way. Very hard to get quick accurate, prompt service these days and reddiseal is no exception. I had 2 issues with my standard interaction.
