“Excellent service. I ordered the wrong colour of grout and emailed immediately. They missed the email and despatched the wrong colour, but immediately sent the correct colour when I told them. I am impressed.”

“Very happy with the products and all the staff I have dealt with have been very proffessional and helpfull. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delivery is not great. Twice I have paid for next working day delivery and both times the order didn't arrive next working day which has caused me problems and work delays. To be fair Reddiseals refunded me my carriage charges. I would definiteley use them again but next time I would order a few days before if possible.”

“The product was excellent it arrived very well packaged, I thought the postage was a little on the expensive side and having to sign for something costing less £10 was ridiculous. But if I needed something similar again I would definitely use this company!”

“I just ordered a new window window stay from this company. It was a good price and p&p was reasonable. The window stay arrived well packaged and it seems very good quality. I had cause to phone their customer service. They couldn’t have been more helpful and they did everything that they said they would. Would definitely use this company again.”

“The cord arrived next day as promised. However I did find the delivery charge a little on the high side. I have been soucring my sash window parts at other places this being one of the reasons. Also I contacted yourselves regarding some sash rollers on the 11th Aug, I had the auto reply but I am still waiting to hear about my enquiry.”

“Not the best of experiences. I paid for express delivery.. that was fine it arrived as it should. But upon opening the 30 15mm twin flippers in white turned out to be many variants of 10mm. I called and spoke to Brett who was very apologetic and arranged for the correct ones to be sent. These never arrived! I called again and spoke again to Brett who once again was apologetic and would arrange again for another delivery on a pre 12pm. It arrived at just gone 4pm. The moral is order in advance and don't pay extra for express delivery. No refund has been offered for the speedy service that turned up later than standard delivery.”
