“Reddiseals are a reliable company who usually supply better quality goods than the 'big sheds' However my last purchase of reeded casement stays and fasteners was disappointing, all the fittings had far too much play in them especially the fasteners. Luckily the client isn't fussy otherwise they would have been returned.”

“Flipping awfiul, ordered black you delivered white, contacted you, you said the change over would be next day that was on the 10th June. Where the is my replacment for goodness sake. Or can you refund me immediately if you've not got any.”

“Nicely packaged so that it is easy to dispense only what is required leaving the rest inside the box. Extremely strong adhesive on the tape so should last. Very pleased.”

“5kg was in fantastic but the 10 kg tub was disastrous as powder bak was open and all of the powder was all over the putty and had to throw a lot of it away”

“After having difficulties with the website I rang to see if I could pay over the phone. I was told rather abruptly that could not be done and I could email an order and an account would be set up. I then went back and tried the website again and successful placed an order for next day delivery. I waited in all day for this order to arrive but it failed to arrive. I rang reddiseals next day only to be told they did not know why it had not arrived and it would "probably "be the following Monday now. I finally received a email confirming my order and this did arrive next day. I will not be using Reddiseals again.”

“Person on the phone wasn’t very helpful even though I asked for some guidance . Rollerz turned out to be too large ( person on the phone perhaps could have told me they come in different sizes ) sash cord was unusable far too stiff for the size windows I had , but the fitter has opened in and tried part of it so it’s unreturable .”
