“Used for a few years now , in general they have been good. However a few times were they have changed their delivery companies the orders were late, this happened a few times. I also has some beads that were damaged on delivering which I sent photos and nothing was done to solve the problem. Generally good but could do more to help their customers.”

“Very good service and next day delivery as stated. The only criticism was that the packaging was not secure enough and the contents (friction stays) had fallen out of the package when delivered. Fortunately all were intact.”

“Easy to use website to make sure I was purchasing the correct style and size replacement seals for casement windows. If you aren't a professional (I'm not), its very easy to purchase the wrong size. Perfect fit easy to install, performinance vastly improved on old seals which had lost their spring.”

“Item was not delivered, had to contact reddiseals, it was then re ordered with no explanation or apology, it has now not turned up again so it’s been re ordered …. Again , I’ve paid £7 something for next day delivery and a week later it’s still not here, I have been massively put out and I haven’t been refunded for delivery cost, not a chappy”

“Ordered incorrect item WFS12B which I have returned . Ordered correct item FFS12B which like first was delivered promptly next day .Service so far has been excellent .Just hoping refund from my first incorrect purchase is credited to my credit card just as promptly Took a few days but refund now arrived .
