“Product quality is great as always but I payed for next day before 12:00 delivery, not only were my items not delivered before 12:00 but they actually turned up a whole day late, I was not credited for the late delivery, The router cutters i ordered also turned up with the wrong size shafts so they were no use to us, When I ordered the cutters I was not informed that they no longer came in the same shaft size as my old ones,”

Having looked into this specific order, there was a delay in the dispatch of your item, and it was delivered at 11.46am on the 22nd January instead of the 21st January.
