I ordered a 5.5mm weatherstrip (without fin) in grey from the website but was supplied with a 5mm grey weatherstrip. After phoning customer service, apparently, the 5.5mm is not supplied in grey. I am going to try the 5mm weatherstrip as I really do not want white or brown on the areas I can see; I may need to order the larger size in a colour I don't want for the parts which are not visible. It would be nice to see black or grey also being offered in all the various weatherstrip sizes. I can't be the only person who doesn't want white (which will show the dirt more easily over time in exposed areas of the window) or brown (which in my opinion just isn't a very nice colour). It also wasn't great that the 5.5mm weatherstrip was even being offered on the website when it doesn't exist. I was however very impressed with the helpful customer service on the phone, who were apologetic about the incorrect website (although the incorrect size is still on there), and also the speed with which the order was delivered. I would definitely use Reddiseals again.
