The sash window stoppers are well made and work well.
I would like to mention that the above order was packed in a small jiffy bag but your delivery company, DX, had wrapped it in a very large (about A2 size) plastic bag. This is completely unnecessary and wasteful - they could very easily have stuck their address label directly on to the jiffy bag. Please can you ask DX to think more about plastic waste and make an effort to reduce the use of plastic.
