I have ordered a pair of springs recently and when they got delivered the guy would not deliver them at the door I live on the 13th floor and I was not there at the time to go down and collect them so I had to get my wife to go down and pick them up I think this should change the driver said to me he could not park anywhere although there are pay and display parking spaces everywhere I personally think this should change otherwise the I'm happy with the product and the time.

Orders arrived in a timely fashion. Good communication around items not in stock. However I had a missed call from the company but no one left a message and when I returned I had a rather curt and a little rude response from the switch board operator saying that I could not be helped as I did not have the name of the name of the person called. Overall though satisfied with the service.

No protective packaging, on a 7Kg heavy plastic tub of putty why? top and sides damaged, inside harder not sealed properly in plastic resealable bags, delivery instructions stuck over "how to use" on the outside on the tub, so when you take off the delivery note , it also takes off the paper how to use label. Hope this might be of help. Regards Stephen

I purchased a quantity of flexiseal. The online ordering process was quick and uncomplicated. As we live only a few miles away we chose to collect in person. The only issue we had was fining the correct address as they were in the -recess of moving.

Charged for "Next Day Delivery", and the order arrived six days later! However, credit against the delivery charges made promptly ,so review has been adjusted.

Always a fair price from these guys , Hard to find them through Google so try different ways to look for products online.

So far, mostly so good. Online order was straightforward, the goods were dispatched promptly and arrived as promised, good quality items at a fair price relative to other companies I checked out. One small quibble which stopped me awarding 5 stars: the 2-3 day standard delivery charge is too much. For a quid more you get next day delivery, which does not seem right. Take 50% off the standard delivery, guys, if you really want to be competitive.

Clear web site and easy to use. Pleased that Reddiseal were offering Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class postage to an N.Ireland address which reduces delivery costs so no problems there. Helpful staff when I have engaged over the telephone.

The packaging was unacceptable, it was inadequate and arrived ripped. Two of the four bottles had leaked one quite substantially and soaked through some of the carton. The service and delivery apart from that were good. Having posted this review Customer services rang me the following day to apologise. They are replacing the damaged bottles and refunding the postage charge. They were very polite and efficient. All one could have asked for.

Having to replace 35 year old double glazing unit bedded in mastic in timber frame the ability to purchase new beads and seals and bring the system up to date was a big positive step not possible before I amdelighted

Both packages arrived independently and although everything was present, the cardboard box containing the seals had been opened and was burst and was handed to me by the courier as an open box. The georgian bars came in a long cardboard tube that was burst open completely at one end. Assuming they left your premises in good condition, i would consider changing the courier.

Quick to respond but one of the parting beads has a diagonal split which meant that I could not use about one third of the length. The web site is good and I will use Reddiseals Ltd again.

Firstly I was pleased to find the moulding I needed which had previously proved so elusive ! secondly. even though there were some his ups with delivery the admin staff were very prompt in sorting out the courier issue. so yes. well done
