“The guys worked really hard on the day of our move. they were very organised and took the stress out of the move. We were even able to sit in the garden in the sun while they loaded up. we would definitely recommend them”

For someone unused to dealing with property purchase it would be difficult to find a better guide.”

“When asking for a quotation for a survey of a property, you expect to find a few differences with pricing. Unfortunately it appears there was little difference in any of the quotations, which leads me to believe that an element of price fixing may be being used. Only one company came back to me with a 20% discounted rate, saying it was a spring saver deal. I expected a greater difference between all the company's that quoted me. After all a survey is just a survey. I was not impressed by any of the quotations or companies that were presented to me. It would be more beneficial if a wider range of companies could be offered, to ensure completion in the market place.”

Dear John We strongly refute your claims. Your enquiry generated different survey quotes as follows: Homebuyer Report quotes £230, £324, £350, £360 and your Building Survey quotes £325, £360, £400, £516. For a property under £100,000 this is quite a wide variation. Our Chartered Surveyors are in charge of their own prices, and we have absolutely no influence of these prices. This is why you received a wide variation of fees.

“I was so disappointed. The guys seemed great but they over charged my husband from the agreed price, as I wasn't there I couldnt correct or show my invoice (I had it to double check the price before they started, my husband was waiting 200 miles away) I was told I would be charged an extra £50 for my wardrobes (5doors) which I agreed, but they charged my husband £60 - they didn't even fit the wardrobe doors back on, I know this wasn't their fault but to charge my husband extra for the job being incomplete I thought was disgusting - will not be using again. Such a small thing I know but it's the principles of the company I think, if they can do that what else can they do?”

“The service from yourselves and the chosen solicitor were excellent and the cost involved were cheaper by about £200 against a normal high street solicitor. All you need is a computer and an email address. Would certainly recommend your services.”
