“Really Moving is a very useful website that enables one to reach house-move professionals - sollicitors, survey0rs, removals companies - whom one can qualify via the numerous reviews written by previous customers.clients. I have used all of their services and can safely say that the service they provide is professional and reliable and so time-saving when searching for an appropriate provider. The only snag I have experienced with Really Moving is that they are reluctant to publish negative feedback. In my case, I had a bad experience with one of their registered solicitors who increased their quoted price, without proper reason, even before I instructed them i.e. they exhibited un-professional behaviour. Really Moving passed the review on to the solicitors in question, who in turn threatened the internet company if they published my review !! REally Moving then refused publication. This is tantamount to providers having a veto over openly-and accurate feedback from their clients.....hardly the best example of a 'transparent business model'.”

We would like to assure you that our approach to feedback has always been transparent and clear; we publish all reviews that have come from a verified user of reallymoving.com. Please feel free to browse through our directory pages, where you will find that both positive and negative reviews are published. We investigated your case and found that you were not happy with the price quoted by one of our panel solicitors. We were advised that you had certain timescales to meet, and in order to meet these timescales the firm quoted you with a higher price for the work involved. As you were not happy with the price quoted, you decided to instruct another firm from our panel. We were not able to publish your negative feedback as you did not use the firm, and only received a quotation. It was not possible to rate this firm on their service or value for money since no transaction took place. We thank you for using reallymoving.com and hope that we can be of assistance in future.

“Used this site to find a structural surveyor. The surveyor we found was excellent and saved us £300. Would recommend this site to anyone looking for quality service at reasonable prices.”

“Having never moved house before, and no idea where to start, it's a great place to get comparative quotes with minimal effort - I didn't go anywhere else and found my mover on Really Moving. Two of the three providers (who were both independents) came back with really competitive quotes. Unsurprisingly, the 'national' provider was quite a bit more expensive. I used once of the local independents for my move (Straight There, West Midlands), and would definately recommend them to others.”

“Very accommodating and competent. I called them for a short query which would not have been possible as part of the building survey due tot the fact that the area was under a carpet but Mr Wood came over for a quick review as he was in the area and gave supplementary advice. I would recommend.”
