“I was so disappointed. The guys seemed great but they over charged my husband from the agreed price, as I wasn't there I couldnt correct or show my invoice (I had it to double check the price before they started, my husband was waiting 200 miles away) I was told I would be charged an extra £50 for my wardrobes (5doors) which I agreed, but they charged my husband £60 - they didn't even fit the wardrobe doors back on, I know this wasn't their fault but to charge my husband extra for the job being incomplete I thought was disgusting - will not be using again. Such a small thing I know but it's the principles of the company I think, if they can do that what else can they do?”

“The service from yourselves and the chosen solicitor were excellent and the cost involved were cheaper by about £200 against a normal high street solicitor. All you need is a computer and an email address. Would certainly recommend your services.”

“Using this service made organising our house buyers report so easy, and at a very reasonable price. We had an e-mail from the surveyor within an hour of making our selection from the four quotes provided, and were then able to arrange for the survey to be carried out the following week.”

“Found a Surveyor with ease that were excellent; quick to respond to initial enquiry and throughout the process. The survey was done in very good time and the report was thorough and easy to understand. My estate agent suggested firms and was dubious about online firms but based on my experience, I would highly recommend have a search online to anyone.”

“We used Stephen of James Ross & Co to complete a Homebuyers Report on a residential property. We were very impressed with the service he provided. He was prompt in arranging to carry out the survey and processed the finished report within a couple of days of seeing the property. The report was thorough and easy to understand and the price we were charged was very competitive.”

“LeoHorsfield Surveyors kept us updated and worked within the time scales quoted. Up front fees were made clear and remained unchanged. Worth having the survey as it revealed a fairly major problem that was not immediately evident to us which enabled us to renegotiate with the vendors.”
