“Waiting in 2days for them to come no correspondence until I got in touch. They made an excuse then rearranged still didn’t turn up. Tried to ring no answer. Had my money and still waiting I’m wondering if it’s a fraud to make easy money”

“I just wanted an idea of conveyancing prices, instead I was immediately inundated with telephone calls and e-mails from on-line conveyancing companies. I felt like I had just been served up for dinner for a bunch of hungry vultures! I did look at some of these companies on Trust Pilot and there were quite a few poor reviews. Not introductions to the creme de la creme.”

“Pointless service”

“The quotes received were really good. Only problem was that before I had chance to read all the quotes sent to me the companies were ringing me - one company in particular was leaving text messages on my home phone that I could hardly understand - about 5 in all, a bit of a nuisance!!! I have a company coming out to do quote next month and the quote will last 6 months.”
