“All quotes coming back very high compared to other prices and people quite frankly rude and pushy. 2 text messages and 2 emails chading me less than 24 hrs after requesting the quote!”

“Don't waste your time. I've just spent an hour completing the website form with all the items to be moved, only for my email address to be rejected. Live chat was useless too, the agent told me I was lying and that my email address couldn't be correct if it was rejected by the system. She said I should just contact removal firms directly. Kind of makes reallymoving really pointless.”

“Not happy with the Surveyor who surveyed my house. Harp Limited. I personally do not think he is suitable for the role as he missed very simple issues before I purchased my house. Pointing issues and roof issues which were not noticed by him.”

“I only wanted quotes by email as I am in another country to my home at the moment. You did not give the option to have this consequently I was inundated with phone calls, messages all evening and into the next day. Won’t be using any of them. Annoying.”

“Chose a surveyor based on 5 star reviews but the experience I had was poor. The survey report was significantly late and not actually very useful. It didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know, in fact it missed out key bits of information that I specifically asked for in order for me to make an educated decision about the property. Most of the survey contained stock information that I could have got off the internet, rather than expert advice on how to deal with the problems in the property. Had I not sought advice from another specialist, I would have been lumbered with an unexpected cost of 20k to fix the issues not properly advised on in the report.”

“I have been trying to write a review for services I paid for which was a building survey conducted by Adrian Robinson Harp Surveyors from this really moving website and after I received a very poor service from this building surveyor it does not allow me to write a review on the really moving website so both really moving and Adrian Robinson are very deceiving and I really really hope nobody has to go through the horrible experience I’ve had to go through with Adrian at first he comes across very professional then when you try to communicate with him he’ll always ignore you and then when the survey is conducted he doesn’t get to the point which really matters and starts gibbering about things that don’t even concern you and then when your supposed to receive what you paid for he’ll give that to you in a complicated format even though beforehand you requested pictures and a simplified version which other great surveyors have given me in the past so overal Adrian Robinson is very below the standard of a professional building surveyor and does not deserve anyone’s money we as investors should pay building surveyors who actually care and it makes sense why he charges the cheapest on the market cheap price = cheap service”
