Don't waste your time. I've just spent an hour completing the website form with all the items to be moved, only for my email address to be rejected. Live chat was useless too, the agent told me I was lying and that my email address couldn't be correct if it was rejected by the system. She said I should just contact removal firms directly. Kind of makes reallymoving really pointless.
