“I chose to send flowers from The Real Flower Company because they look less 'floristy' and more naturalistic. They did not disappoint. The recipient was charmed that the bouquet unusually also contained mint, so that it smelled as well as looked lovely.”

“Do not order if you need your flowers delivered on time. I paid extra to ensure delivery as I needed the flowers for an event and the flowers didn't arrive until my event was finished. Customer service did nothing to help and the courier service was not apologetic at all (apparently my flowers missed a connection for some inexplicable reason). Customer service was also shut on a Saturday which meant I had to chase the courier company myself. I ought to be given a full refund as my flowers were ultimately futile. I ordered them a week in advance and it's laughable that when the box arrived it was clearly marked as 'Perishable. Goods to be delivered today.' Will NOT BE ordering ever again or recommending to anyone I know.”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We are so very sorry you experienced problems with your delivery. Currently we like many other companies are experiencing some problems with couriers due to lack of experienced staff. We are in constant contact with our courier and they are certainly trying the best to fulfil as many deliveries as they can, although admittedly some certainly fall through the net. We have refunded your delivery charge and would be more than happy to replace the flowers if they have not travelled well. Please accept our sincere apologies The Real Flower Company

“The flowers were delivered a day late and the box looked rather squashed. Fortunately the flowers were not damaged but it was a gift”

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are so sorry the courier delivered them a day late it must have been a great disappointment. The courier certainly endeavours to deliver on the day required but on this occasion failed. “The bouquet was really lovely. The issue we have, as with the previous two occasions we have used you, is the delivery. I paid for a premium service (£15.99) for the flowers to be delivered before 10:30am; the flowers arrived at 13:45pm. I appreciate deliveries can be problematic during this time, but why offer the service if its not guaranteed. I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery costs.”

“Every purchase I make with the Real Flower Company always has first class customer service . This was a present for a close friend so I did not see the flowers but her reaction to their arrival led me to believe that once again they were superb . This company shows complete care at every stage , yes you will pay the top end BUT you receive perfection , a British company delivering British flowers faultlessly .”

“Great quality and arrangements. Even when something is not right, they remain professional and make it right. In our case, this was a delayed delivery due to the courier. This was quickly dealt with swiftly, and throughout this, there was human warmth.”

“Was disappointed with wreath I ordered for my mother's coffin. It was nothing like the usual 'free style' standard of Real Flower Company, which I love. It was scant and no greenery covering the base - this grey base could be clearly seen when the wreath was placed on top of the coffin. Several of the roses had fallen out during transit and were crushed.”

“Easy to use website. A range of delivery options and 'next day' did just that. Well packaged and my wife loved the selection. I don't often buy flowers due to their negative environmental impact so I selected The Real Flower Company based on their efforts to incorporate environmental concerns into their business. Could do more (can't we all?) but lets not let perfect stand in the way of good.”
