“Packaging had been ripped open and Royal Mail missed their slot taking it back to the depot. It was then delivered by a non Royal Mail delivery very badly sealed up. If it wasn’t for my joy at the coffee I would take my custom elsewhere.”

The only downside I have noted is that the beans are roasted and delivered so quickly that I’m finding myself frustrated waiting for the beans to rest before I can open the pack to try them :-D”
