The whole purchase process was simple and the feedback post-order was perfect. Order shipped within 24 hrs and delivered to me the very next day. 10/10 for customer service.

“I was disappointed with the flavour. Mainly lacking with burn tones. I have tried a few different ways of using the bean and still didnt get a good result. I also selected chocolate orange as my syrup, and recieved caramel. I probably should have rechecked the order, but I definitely selected the right one when ordering.”
