My Moka pot worked fine with all coffees available on supermarket shelves but here it's just sputtering.
Taster is also just mediocre.”

“This blend is fluctuating in quality and it seems like whatever are "leftovers" ity is used for this decaf blend. It is inconsistent in rosasting (sometimes more roasted than other times etc) and taste changes. not the quality i usually get from RAVE on Origin coffees. Hence, I will not be ordering this blend anymore”
“I think the first batch that I have received is a very dark roast, the roast taste is way more evident than the coffee taste, if this is the way my batches will arrive I will have to cancel this subscription.

“The coffee itself was good, but as I use a moka pot, I ordered the filter coffee grind. I don't have a grinder at home, so it seemed ideal for my first rave subscription to be the suggested 'filter' grind. Unfortunately there were the odd whole bean in the bag, which means I'll miss out on a few grams by the end. A bit disappointed.”

Please note that we weigh out the bags as whole beans and then they get ground after this so there is a chance that a few whole beans, despite our best efforts, can get stuck in the packaging whilst the rest is ground for your order. “I have been ordering rave coffee for over a year . Initially very impressed , quality of the coffee was superb . Recently I have received a number of orders that have been poor , unable to extract the coffee at all. Tried various porta filters, no joy . It’s frustrating having to throw bag after bag in the bin . My latest order was replaced but even the replacement was the same problem .
Ended up buying illy coffee from Asda .”

I must say i was a little disappointed with the coffee. It was'nt up to the standard of my usual blend.
I would normally purchase from Oddy Knocky roastery in Bolton but im alway looking for new suppliers.
Granted their coffee is more expensive for the House Blend but sometimes trying a new supplier brings suprising results.

“I bought the signature blend as I had tried it at a friend’s house and loved it. However, I found both the beans and the filter blend weak and lacking in flavour. It was the exact one I had tried at my friend’s house so not sure why it didn’t taste as good. But service and delivery were excellent.”

“Please can you do less marketing? Your coffee is fine but your constant youtube ads make me regret I ever looked at your website and not want to buy form you again. Then you send loads of emails, even got a card in the post, just too much! Also makes me think, are you not confident in your product? Or is it so cheap you have all the margin to waste on marketing?”
