“I've previously used Rave as my back-up for ground coffee, when I'm running short of coffee from my usual independent roaster, but over the last few months, Rave has become a much more frequent port of call for a couple of packs.
As someone who is keen to support local businesses, it's an easy choice with Rave, given just how good their coffee and customer service is. I love choice of blends (The Italian Job is a favourite) and it's great value, too.
Most definitely coffee to Rave about.”
“The delivery service is perfect, next day delivery on fresh roasted beans is fantastic - however the quality of the product is poor. Don't get me wrong it's better than supermarket coffee. But it falls very short on brands such as SEY or Sweven. If you are a true coffee lover, you will simply not get the same standard/quality from RAVE as you will from other brands, provided you are willing to spend a few pounds extra.”
“After accidentally ordering the wrong size of the Airscape Coffee Storage Container, I emailed the company. Jess replied within an hour to exchange the item for the correct size and refund the price difference, very polite and professional”
“Used the coffee profiler on Rave web site just for a laugh and amazingly enough it recommended The Italian Job blend and guess what , it was spot on an excellent blend purchased in bean form and ground at home 10/10 for flat whites and cappuccino’s 👌perfeto”
“The coffee always arrives incredibly quickly and with lots of updates and communication along the way. Everything you want from an online coffee shop. The coffee itself was not quite what I was looking for but I shall try some of their others next!”
“Fantastic products at great value and umbeatable service. Order early in the day and have your beans roasted same day. Posted next day and delivered fast .....unbeatable”
“Me and my Wife Love Rave coffee. Excellent Quality Amazing service Freshly roasted packed and delivered With speed. Great communication. Highly recommend.”
“Firstly, the ordering process was really easy, delivery was very good,I ordered the mince pie and fudge blend both great tasting coffee's I would highly recommend race for service and quality of beans”
“I always purchase the fudge blend and then get a different coffee to try. The coffee is really good I would definitely recommend Rave.
The one thing for me that I wish would improve is the rewards program it seems like you need to spend loads to progress a tier.”
