“I have been using Rave Coffee for around 4 years, and was first shown the light by another coffee-snob at work. We would often bore colleagues by comparing and swapping coffee beans, like some weird cult/fetish. Without digressing further, I wish to inform all that read this, the coffee purchased has been fantastic, and the coffee I didnt like, found a good home with a friend. I have a rolling subcription for 2kg and my firends and I swap beans to spice things up every so often. From start to current, the team have been professional and accommodating to any request/issue (although I haven't really tested them due to their consistency).

I do have a couple of suggestions (not about the roasting of course, my opinions on roasting are worth about as much as the time you took to read this last sentence!), but first the high fives for Rave:
The website is very good from a UX perspective, there are no "What the hell do I do now?" or "I can't find what I'm looking for". The "What kind of coffee am I going to like" (or whatever that feature is called) is particularly handy for people who know they like nice coffee but aren't sure what kind of nice coffee they want.
So, my two suggestions:
I'm logged in, find a coffee I fancy but I don't want to buy right now. Let me 'favourite' that coffee. If you limit me to say 3 favourites, that's a teensy bit of database storage space. It's also valuable data for Rave too (don't bloody sell it to anyone else, mind!).
Second, how about some simple recipes? Have a dial-in day with an inexpensive grinder (Baratzza Encore ESP, Sage Dose Control/Smart Control, Fellow Opus 2 or the like), an entry level espresso machine (Sage Bambino, Gaggia Classic, that sort of machine), and put your best recipes out there.
Or crowd source some recipies from your customers (the ones with sensibly priced equipment, not those with a Decent or a Slayer!) and try them out.
Obviously not everyone will like the recipes and you'll have to aim for a bit of a safe middle ground (some people are weird and want the taste of charcoal, battery acid, or rotting parsnips in their coffee).
