Ordering to delivery to that first cup is a seamless, professional experience throughout; you can tell real care goes into the whole journey, not just the beans.
One suggestion: a "discovery" or roulette-style sampler pack a handful of smaller bags spanning different origins and roast profiles — would be brilliant for newcomers wanting to explore before committing to a larger bulk order. Would love to see that added to the range.”

“I promice you im not being paid to say this, but this is the best coffee I've ever had. Since the doctor said no more caffeine, this decaf coffee litereally tastes just like normal coffee!

“All good so far on the coffee front but still fine tuning our machine to get very best results 😋. Speedy delivery, as promised 😀. My only disappointment is that on the day after ordering I phoned at 09:00 because I wanted to add to my order before it was dispatched. The call went to voicemail so I left a message.......but nobody ever got back to me 😠”

Firstly(and most importantly) the coffee is average at best when compared to other subscription coffee.
Secondly, since ordering from Rave their adverts are all over my social.media, which is incredibly frustrating.”
