“This is my first experience with Rave. I ordered the signature blend which is spot on for me. I have a bean to cup machine and this is a smooth, gentle on the stomach blend. It's strong enough without acidity and doesn't cause me stomach issues or the jitters like some other I've tried! Quick delivery and the bag it comes in is good for storage if you don't have an air tight container. I don't know if I can afford to keep buying it but I got an introductory offer so I'll enjoy it for now!”

“I switched to RAVE after a friend recommended them, and honestly, I’ve been really impressed. They’ve got a great range of beans with plenty of choice depending on what sort of coffee you’re into.
My only suggestion would be to add a rough grind guide on the bag, just something simple like coarse, medium, or fine. It would make dialling in a bit faster and save a few beans from an otherwise noble death on the kitchen counter.
Other than that, I can’t really fault them. Delivery is quick, the range is excellent, and even the bags look smart. I also had one order go missing thanks to Royal Mail doing Royal Mail things, and RAVE’s customer support were excellent. They sent a replacement out straight away with no hassle.
So yes, I’d recommend them. Pick a bean you like and you’re away.”

“Coffee was meant to arrive on Tuesday last week, it is now Tuesday the next week still no coffee. I have recived about 30 emails updating me constantly that we are still without coffee, starting from an arrival time of 9.30 - 10.30am last tuesday to expected delivery before 5pm this tuesday.”
