I love the new whatsapp chat where you can get a query answered from Rave. I recently had a delay from Royal Mail, so I sent a whatsapp message to Rave.
Things started moving then, and got a message from them that they'll send a replacement.
I eventually got my original order from Royal Mail due to some delay on their part.
Rave were so good in how they kept me reassured through it all. I really love the whatsapp chat and the customer service from Rave cannot be faulted so far!”

“Nice coffee the only thing that would stop me buying again is that I don’t like the non recyclable packaging (recycle at supermarkets ) I feel this could be packaged in compostable packaging the same as some other coffee brands .”
