“My most recent order arrived damaged and wrapped in a plastic bag. Evidently the courier firm, Parcel Force, had 'accidentally' punched a hole in the side and ripped open 3 coffee pod boxes, taking 9 of them. Rave were great though as they sent out replacement coffee pods straight away. This is the second time my order has arrived damaged and think people target the parcel because they know it contains coffee. It's a real shame courier firms allow this to continue as it can reflect badly on the seller when clearly it's out of their control. Switch courier firm maybe?”
“Rave Coffee truly impressed me. The taste is exceptionally good — it doesn’t have that sharp acidic edge you often find in Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Illy, or other mainstream brands. The closest comparison in terms of aroma would be Black Sheep Coffee, but even that isn’t fully comparable since I haven’t tried their pod versions. I’ve tested almost everything on the market, yet this is the first time I’m enjoying coffee with 100% satisfaction — both the taste and the pleasant aroma. A genuine delight for anyone using a pod machine.
