“Totally happy with both the service level and product quality. The only improvement I could suggest would be to enhance the packaging, as the 250g bags often arrive with small 1-2 mm openings in places, most likely caused by improper sealing”

“Very much like the concept of freshly ground coffee straight from the roastery with a coffee shop. Whilst we know a great coffee needs curating we do find the service really slow and wonder if another machine could be invested in and / or the counter arrangement somehow being sped up. Also despite asking for ‘extra hot’ it seems the coffee here is often lukewarm which I don’t experience elsewhere. Very much like the team and comments are made from a genuine place and hope they will be received constructively!”
