“Hunting around the universe for decaff coffee that can handle milk or cream without turning into a watery dishwater and the journey has felt a bit like Chris Columbus hitting the Bahamas instead of the asian continent like wot he thought. It's been an expensive trial and error but finally I've struck land - the right land. I ordered the Signature 11 with low hopes but that was quickly turned into jubilation. The flavour works well in my filter machine and the flavour matches very closely to the French No5 strength caffeinated coffee I would normally drink, and it's well able to cope with the addition of milk. I have used it in reusable Dolce Gusto pods and it manages a decent black short too. I never thought I'd be able to find a flavourful decaff having been forced to give up my beloved favourite european blend due to caffeine and micotoxins but at last I've found 'the one'. Brilliant.”
