“An excellent dedicated drum store with huge product stock, they have pretty much everything available, and if not they can and will get it for you. I've noticed some negative comments about delays on orders, but that really isn't their fault, blame courier companies and primarily Brexit for causing import paperwork confusion and nonsense for that. My kit was delayed at customs for a week and the shop were powerless in being able to even track it! I traded in drums in excellent condition for my new kit, and was slightly disappointed in their part exchange value, but they don't have to offer this service, and I understand they have to try to make a profit. Basically we need to be grateful the shop is still there, I drove down from Leeds because over the years all the drum stores in the city have sadly had to close down. Martin dealt with me, and I can highly recommend him and Rattle and Drum! Thanks.”

“Great Drum Store And pleased with service except onreceny order taking 6 weeks to Deliver However The Web site said item in Stock or max 14 days And was awaiting Delivery from Germany. If required urgently check in stock. Thanks ti Martin on chasing order & Delivered Also how come I was charged for shipping from eu”
