“I recently received my order of a Hardcase cymbal carrier in purple. This was order back in December but these are made to order so no issues with length of time as it was stated on their website. Rattle and Drum are a very reliable drum retailer to buy from and have always given great customer service whether I’ve called them or emailed them with queries. They’re rewards page is easy to use and motivates to keep customer loyalty and get perks for it.”

“Always great service from Rattle & Drum! I ordered some Remo Colortone heads and even as a non shop stock item it only took a few days. Staff are always friendly and helpful which is why I always go back. Highly recommended to anyone in the UK!”

“Communication excellent. Delivery time was pretty poor and DHL delivered 3 days later than expected. The was 'in stock' but, had to be shipped from Germany. You need to make it clear when advertising goods that they are not in the UK.”

“Happy with the price and online ordering service for a Drum Dial altho delivery was a bit slow as prediction was around five days - ordered on the 11th January received on the 22nd. Presumably a mix of delays from the supplier and the courier.”
