“I was let down by another drum store and needed some items next day. Rattle & Drum really helped me out by getting the items to me the following day despite my order coming in late in the day. I won't hesitate to use them again! And thanks to them I was able to get my new drum kit up and running!”

“As always we had great service from the team at Rattle&Drum, especially Ed who is always a Diamond. My daughter now has her perfect pre-loved starter kit to support her in the lessons she also has at Rattle&Drum with Matthew. Great Team, great service and always have the right product whatever your budget.”

“I've had no issues in the past with Rattle & Drum but on this occasion they did not let me know both the items (cables) I purchased were out of stock. They took about 19 days to arrive and to be honest I've got things from China quicker. I don't think they should be selling items that are out of stock or at least let their customers know which they didn't.”
