“I'd not heard of Rattle & Drum before but took a risk ordering a green emperor drum head. I received email information to let me know my drum head was on order. I followed up with a phonecall to the shop to see when the order would be fulfilled. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, friendly & helpful. He let me know that my order should arrive with him in a few day & he'd get straight out to me. This was honoured, so happy customer! I'd recommend using Rattle & Drum.”

“Good selection of products at very competitive prices. They stated on the website that. The item would take 7-14 days to come from their supplier. The only reason I given 4 stars is because I had to chase rather than Rattle & Drum providing updates. This is a fairly minor point and I would certainly purchase again from the company.”
