“I have just received my Jara shoes and matching handbag which I had dyed to the colour of my outfit for my daughter's wedding. I am so delighted as the match is totally perfect! It's as if the materiel of the dress has been placed onto the shoes and bag. The sparkles on both have picked up the deep pink colour as well. I have the honour of giving my daughter away so my accessories have to be as perfect as my outfit. Many thanks as well to Chloe who was so helpful and very patient in answering all my questions. I will be recommending you to my friends without hesitation. Thank you again”

“Can't highly recommend this company enough. The customer service throughout is five star. Yodel managed to loose my return parcel containing my colour swatch for shoes and a handbag for my daughters wedding. Fortunately l had a very small piece of material left. Chloe in customer services sorted everything as l really was in a bit of a panic. She arranged for two colour swatches to be sent to me, the first one was damaged in the post! And hey presto a week later my shoes and bag arrived, they are a perfect match, thank you”

“I am awaiting my shoes and handbag to arrive since having them dyed, so I can't comment on that but I felt that I had to leave a review simply on the service I have received so far. Right from ordering through to awaiting my parcel, I have been so impressed. The pack you get explains everything you need to do and is really clear. I thought it might be complicated but the pack couldn't be clearer. It asks you to provide a swatch so they can get the colour as close as possible for you and even asks when you need them by so they can try and accommodate that for you. I had an issue where I took my delivery to the post office instead of Collect+ and after getting in contact, Rainbow Club rectified the situation, and I came away happy. Thoroughly impressed and if you're thinking of using this company, go for it! :)”

“So impressed with my Brianna shoes. I visited the Exeter location to have them dyed dusky pink to match my jacket and I met Sue who organised the paperwork and Mary who dyed the shoes. Both ladies were so helpful and informative. I picked the shoes up today and am so impressed. Would highly recommend this process. Can’t wait to wear them as mother of the bride next year! “Just logged in to express how happy i am with Rainbow Club service. I bought 'Bobbie' shoes from John Lewis for my wedding, perfect for the day with mid heel, a touch of detail and most importantly they were extremely comfortable! With a party and another wedding shortly afterwards i decided to have them dyed and was delighted with the streamline service - the hardest part was choosing the colour as the choice is amazing. I returned them to our nearest John Lewis store, discussed the process and timing, matched the colour to a reel of cotton and i received them, posted back to my home address well within the time frame and ready for the next occasion. I have received lots of compliments and obviously recommended your service. Many thanks”

“I originally purchased Java shoes and Diana bag for my wedding day back in November....they were extremely comfortable. My sister was my Maid of of Honour she also had the same shoes and bag dyed navy. Then just recently I've had them dyed a blue shade to match my outfit for my son's wedding.....the dyeing service was amazing so quick and an absolutely perfect match to my dress. I couldn't recommend Rainbow Club any more highly. Many thanks to the Rainbow Club Team.”

“If I could give Rainbow 10 stars I would. After reading their amazing reviews I ordered my shoes and handbag and got them dyed for my son’s wedding. I used their Gold service and they received my order on Monday and I got my stunning shoes and handbag on Wednesday evening exactly how I wanted them. Just so delighted with their service from Sue at Customer Services to the team who dyed my shoes and bag. I will definitely use Rainbow again as I trust them so much with items which are so important to me. Thank you”

“I originally bought a pair of Rainbow shoes at a local shop for my daughter's wedding and had them dyed to match my outfit which looked great. I then needed another pair of cream shoes for a special occasion and as I was so pleased with the fit of the Rainbow shoe I ordered the same style and kept them the ivory colour. I find it difficult to fit shoes as I am size 3 and very narrow but the Brianna was ideal for me and comfortable. I'm looking forward to having this pair dyed at a later date for a family birthday celebration. Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt, the shoe was first out of stock but I was notified that it was re-available within the hour.”

“Short story long I had slight technical issue trying to order my shoes and bag but it's all good when it finishes good and that's all thanks to an amazing customer service team and mostly to ⭐JOEL⭐ who was looking after me for an entire week trying to solve the problem. He's an exceptional member of your team. Can't wait now for my order to arrive. 😊”
