“I had to contact them after I had ordered the handbag as had to go away at short notice and had ordered it by standard delivery and I was concerned that the handbag was going to arrive after we had left, but after contacting Pure Luxuries they sent it 24 hour delivery free of charge ... Superb service, there are very few companies that would do that! Highly recommended!”
