“I've always found it a painless experience shopping with Pure Luxuries. There are some great products and the website is really easy to use. Normally, purchases are delivered in a quick and fuss free way. However, this time the courier decided to lie and claim that a delivery had been attempted and a delivery note put through the door. Both claims were false as three people were in all day and no note was left. Eventually I got hold of a mobile phone number for the courier. The parcel was eventually delivered at 8.50 that night. It's not what I expect really and would make me think twice before ordering again. A real shame as it is a good company with good products.”

“Excellent service. The item I ordered was out of stock, I was emailed the next day explaining item was out of stock and offered an immediate refund. The item I had ordered was a present so I requested to have delivery when next in stock. The item arrived within 4 days. I cannot say enough about the speed an efficiency of the actual ordering and delivery of said item.. The purchase is wonderful, quality amazing, the leather is lovely and soft and I now don't want to pear with it.”
