“Absolutely recommend, extremely professional, showed total respect at all times right through to bringing my mum home to me.Right from the very first phone call my husband made to pure cremation it was incredibly easy which you need at a time like this , I’m so pleased my mum decided to do this and will definitely be using their services for myself, many thanks for making my heart breaking experience bearable.”

“What an exceptional service I was provided, from start to finish. I especially want to mention Pamela Rossiter who dealt with my case. She explained everything that was going to happen to my father, from picking him up from the hospital to when he was being cremated. What a wonderful woman! sympathetic, caring and we even managed to have a laugh together too. Brilliant company.”

“When my dad passed away in hospital, Pure Cremation handled everything so smoothly and and looked after him so well. Every person I spoke with was amazing and explained everything that would happen. They kept me updated along the way and could not have been more helpful. my dads ashes were also hand delivered to my mum. The whole process was handled with dignity and care”

“Molly was brilliant when I contacted her to initially start the process. But I would have liked a little more communication on my Mother in laws journey from Hospice to Crematorium And a call after the cremation to say it had been done . I know this was her wishes but I do not think that I would choose this myself.”

“We recently used Pure Cremation when my mum passed away, and I honestly couldn't fault them. From the first contact, everyone we dealt with was helpful, kind and respectful. At a time when you're dealing with enough already, they made the whole process very straightforward and took a lot of the stress away. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure or fuss. Most importantly, we always felt that Mum was being treated with care and dignity. I’m really glad we chose Pure Cremation and would definitely recommend them.”

“My dad chose this service himself and I was sceptical but it was his decision. He passed in the middle of the night, I rang Pure Cremations and they were fantastic dealing with the Nursing Home direct. We had communication throughout his journey and he was delivered safely back to us by hand. The lady that brought his ashes back was lovely allowing my mum time to talk about him and grieve. 1st Class Service. I also asked them to return his pace maker as I wished to donate it to the Royal Vet Collage as they can reuse them for the animals and it came back in a lovely bag ready to be reused.”
