“I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed from beginning to end. During such a difficult and emotional time, every member of the team was kind, respectful and incredibly supportive. Everything was handled with dignity and sensitivity, and the communication throughout was excellent. They made the whole process feel calm and straightforward, always keeping me informed and treating my friend with the utmost respect. Nothing was too much trouble, and I truly felt that they genuinely cared, not just professionally but personally too. A 5-star service from start to finish and I would highly recommend Pure Cremation to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their loved one.”

“Very pleased with the support and service from Pure Cremation. I wasn't sure if I would feel a straight to cremation rather impersonal but can honestly say we felt that we were involved in my step dads wishes from start to finish and felt totally supported.”

“Absolutely fabulous service from beginning to end, both emphatic & dignified from beginning to end. Looked after my mum superbly taking all the stress out of a distressing time. Pure provided a personal contact that I could liaise with personally Michelle she was fabulous & the gentleman that delivered mums ashes was so emphatic and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be signing up this plan for myself. Took the stress totally off me, and exactly what my mum wished for. Thanks Pure.”

“As a family we chose Pure Cremation for our Dad. Mum wanted to celebrate his life in a separate way. With family. He passed in Devon Royal hospital and he was collected by pure cremation without any issues. They kept us informed regularly of everything necessary. They told us of the day he would be cremated and delivered the ashes to Mum as scheduled. It was a simple process. This weekend we celebrated his life with a family stay at a local location that he loved. There was just his life in our minds. No dreary crematorium or tearful goodbye. Just tears of joy for the life he lived. Mum wants the same for her. I want the same for me. Its about time the funeral costs were sensible and not inflated by big cars, strangers words and depressing crems.”
