During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, every member of your team treated us with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. “We recently used Pure Cremation when my mum passed away, and I honestly couldn't fault them. From the first contact, everyone we dealt with was helpful, kind and respectful. At a time when you're dealing with enough already, they made the whole process very straightforward and took a lot of the stress away. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure or fuss. Most importantly, we always felt that Mum was being treated with care and dignity. I’m really glad we chose Pure Cremation and would definitely recommend them.”

“My dad chose this service himself and I was sceptical but it was his decision. He passed in the middle of the night, I rang Pure Cremations and they were fantastic dealing with the Nursing Home direct. We had communication throughout his journey and he was delivered safely back to us by hand. The lady that brought his ashes back was lovely allowing my mum time to talk about him and grieve. 1st Class Service. I also asked them to return his pace maker as I wished to donate it to the Royal Vet Collage as they can reuse them for the animals and it came back in a lovely bag ready to be reused.”

“Pure Cremation was exactly right for our mother in law who was 96. She always said she wanted no fuss, no flowers, no hymns. The price, of course, was good and enabled us to pay in advance. She was collected from hospital and the ashes were bought to our house as described. Thank you for your service and care.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end. Not overbearing, just the right amount of input. Kept me informed every step of tbe way. They took my Mother out of her room with dignity. The staff were blown away with the level of care and professionalism. The ashes were delivered with dignity and respect. I highly recommend using Pure Cremations if you don't want the fuss, cost and drama of a funeral. Thank you PC for making everything so much easier.”
