“Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time. Fully recommend Pure Cremation 10/10”

“A brilliant service, everything went like clockwork from acquiring the body to delivery of the ashes. The ashes handling was compassionate and caring by Brooke. Couldn't thank Pure Cremation enough for their service.”

“Staff very kind & polite,kept me updated as events were happening.I felt as though there was a long wait for actual cremation to take place but obviously time slots are given by crematorium.I received my husbands ashes exactly 6 weeks after he passed away the lady that brought them was also extremely nice.The only thing that I really do not like is the container that my husbands ashes were returned in but unless you choose something yourself this is what you get.”

“Mum had previously taken out a funeral plan, some 10 years ago when our dad died. However, about three years ago, Mum decided to have a family chat with my sister and I about cancelling that plan and taking out a Pure Cremation plan instead. This not only gave her back the £4500 she had paid in advance but insured that one day, when the time came we as a family could celebrate Mum‘s life with her ashes when we all felt ready and without the emotion of an old-fashioned funeral. It was also £3000 less! Sadly, for us, the time came in June 2025. Following a very emotional and heartbreaking few weeks Mum passed away. From that moment on dealing with Pure Cremation was so simple and empathic. Every step of the way they treated us with dignity and respect. Mum died at home, so from collecting Mum‘s body to returning her ashes we were kept informed of what was happening and on what dates. I really cannot recommend the service they provide enough. It has made what is a very difficult time for our family far less stressful. Mum‘s ashes were returned by the most lovely young lady, Brooke. Unfortunately, we missed her phone call whilst she was on the way to us. She explained that she likes to ask what music the person she is returning liked, so that if we liked she could play it for them in the car. Mum‘s ashes arrived home in a beautiful degradable box decorated in a picture of lavender - the last time Mum went to the garden centre with my sister she had purchased three lavender plants as at this time she did not know she was so poorly. Brooke explained that they have a selection of pictures, but it brought us comfort to think that Mum had chosen the lavender picture. If you are thinking about a direct cremation please do not hesitate in using Pure Cremation. Wonderful attentive staff, beautiful crematorium and grounds, your loved one returned to you with care. The cost of the cremation plan is exceptional for the service that you receive and once fully paid nothing else will be added.”

“The service provided was professional but very kind and caring. The young man who delivered Aunties ashes was considerate and polite and explained that the urn was biodegradable . He was very caring. Thank you very much.”

“I was told that Tracey was dealing with my Mum's cremation. I was called and given the information of when the committal would take place. Feeling obviously overcome with grief, I asked if we could attend the committal after all? I was met with what could only be described as rudeness, and told that if we went ahead with that decision, the committal could not commence on the original date. We decided to leave it as it was, but Tracey asked if we would like to be informed to which I said yes please. The committal I assumed went ahead, but we didn't receive any call at all. We were also asked to chose a picture for the urn. I chose a beautiful autumn tree scene. When the ashes were delivered, the picture on the urn was bluebells. To say I was disappointed is an understatement!”

“Pure Cremation has been wonderful from first to last. They kept me informed at all times and were very kind. There were no extra charges at all which made everything so much easier. I was told when someone would call and it was always on time. Rick made an appointment to bring the ashes and he made it a very easy experience. I have Pure Cremation for myself and I am telling my friends about. I certainly recommend the company to anyone interested in a lovely ending.”

“Pure Cremation looked after my step mother after she died. It was her choice to use them and her choice to have no fuss. They looked after her exectly as she had expressed. Their care and compassion was admirable and nothing was too much trouble. The service they offer is thoughtful and sensitive and everyone I spoke to was very kind. The delivery of her ashes was carried out with the gravitas and thought appropriate to the occasion - I am very grateful to them.”
