“Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time. Fully recommend Pure Cremation 10/10”

“Pure Cremation was something I had ony heard about. After loosing a member of our family I contacted Pure Cremation on line and completed the form. After that it was so simple ,nothing complicated what so ever, they took care of everything from start to finish . Any comunication was simple to follow yet was done with a very professional feel about it. At the end of the process the ashes were brought to my home address with a very careing and understanding youg man. The whole thing took around 3 weeks , leaving me with plenty of time to plan ahead, rather than approx 4 days being pushed along in the old traditional way . THANK YOU Pure Cremation .”

“From start to finish at this most difficult time foe me, they were compassionate, infomative & consderate. The calls were never rushed, they simply went above & beyond to do everything to make this as easy as possible for me. With regular updates & infomation along the way i felt a huge weight was taken off of my shoulders. Thank You x”

“We were extremely impressed with Pure Cremation Ltd from the start of our journey to the Finnish. The communication between us and updates exerlant. “Over all service was good but the lady we spoke to on the phone was very detached. There was no sympathy or empathy, it was obvious it was a business and she just wanted to get it done. The lady who returned ashes to the family was really lovely and was very professional.”

“Really simple, good communication. Suggest maybe not saying “here is x” when returning ashes and say “here are x’s ashes”..? Is an adjustment to manage when people say “when is the funeral” but easy to work around it.”

“I was very impressed with the way that PC dealt with the cremation of my beloved wife. The PC team were extremely caring throughout the process, and kept me fully informed at every step. The stressful delivery of the ashes to my home was handled in a caring and sensitive manner, to the great relief of my daughter and myself. I couldn’t fault the service I received from PC - thank you all so very much for an excellent service.”

“Pure Cremation could not have been anymore helpful or sympathetic. Every part of the process was explained fully and the staff were all amazing. “Pure cremation were so respectful and careing. I booked at 3am in morning, they were lovely to me on phone. They kept me informed every step of the way. Mums ashes were delivered with care, and in a nice pretty container. I am really grateful to them for making something so hard more simple. Thankyou so much, we can now celebrate mums life.”
