“From the very first phone call to the final farewell, what pure cremation provided was nothing short of exceptional. During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, every member of your team treated us with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, yet it was their kindness and understanding that truly stood out. They guided us through every step with patience, answered all of our questions, and ensured that every detail was handled with the utmost care. We are deeply grateful for the support, empathy, and professionalism shown during such a challenging time. “Excellent care and attention. This wouldn’t have been my preferred way to send my Nan off, but Pure Cremations were impeccable and the lack of stress means we can focus on a celebration of life rather than a sombre goodbye”

“My mother purchased a plan as she didn't want to worry her family with a funeral. When time came the staff were kind and respectful, made sure that the plan she chose still met her needs. I was assigned one person as my point of contact, and he made sure I knew what would happen every step of the way - even before the registration of mum's death. After her committal I was contacted again to make arrangements for the return of her ashes. They were delivered on the promised day with the certificate of cremation, and instruction on how to open the biodegradable urn should I wish to scatter them. All in all a very professional service. Mum would have been pleased.”

“The way they deakt with ly mothers creation was marvalouse i didnt find all fault ut was dealt with exactly has mum and i wanted they acted very proffesional and i knew they were there uf i needed anything i was extremley hapoy with everything they did and agent and the lady who briught me some if mums ashes was very very nice she spent some time with and listen to me .I will be forever greatfull to all at oure cremation for the way they dealt with not only my mums but ly dads crelation too and just like to say a specuzl thankyou to you all at pure cremation thanks to you alk my mum and dad are finally back together i will never forget that thank again x lisa hedges”

“From ringing up for initial information to the end of my father’s life Pure Cremation were kind, compassionate & extremely professional. The only thing that I think lets them down is the container that the Ashes are returned in. I understand that it is biodegradable but to me it just looks like a Tupperware item that would be kept in the kitchen cupboard with cereal in. Maybe some thought to this could be given to this for the future other than this I would fully recommend Pure Cremation to anyone wishing to have a non ceremonial funeral.”

“Overall the process was extremely well done when my father passed away. However due to the nature of the passing I was unable to give a date of death for sometime. I advised pure cremations that as soon as I had a date I would let them know. I kept getting several calls from Pam asking for this date. This became very upsetting and caused additional stress of which I told Pam this. I understand that paperwork has to be done but if I didn’t have a date, I didn’t have a date!!”

“Simple and easy to arrange with warm and friendly staff to help with the process. I first used the service at the end of June 2026 when my dear wife passed away following long term illness. The start to finish process was so good and sympathetic that I have now taken out a plan for me. Thank you to everyone who helped me at a very difficult time.”

“From start to finish i highly recommend as everyone I've spoken to at pure cremation have had total empathy letting me know every step of the way what's happening. This is the way I want to go and my husband and I are in talks to get our plans. “The company are very emphatic when contacting you about the arrangements, Michelle who was rang myself and dealt with everything to do with my fathers needs was amazing very nice and nothing was too much. She explained everything that would happen during and after the comittle and also told me someone would be in touch about the return of his ashes, which they did and told me exactly what day and if would be ok, the lady who came was lovely and made sure I was ok with everyone which I was. I would highly recommend pure cremation.”
