“Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time. Fully recommend Pure Cremation 10/10”

“We used Pure Cremation recently following the death of our father. First class service from start to finish, from taking out the plan through to the return of my father's ashes. Sympathetic, empathetic, and knowledgable staff who couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend.”

“A mixed review of bad and good experience. The bad was poor communications and an error on your part which caused a delay in the cremation process. Resulting in a complaint from us,which was upheld and dealt with. The expectable was that the complaint was properly and quickly addressed. The good was the delivery of the ashes process which was smooth,professional and made better by the staff member Fiona due to her professional ,compassionate and caring manner. The only human contact in the process and the final contact. Rescued the opinion of the overall service.”

“When I recently retired I took a Pure Cremation Plan as I didn't want my family to have to deal with a funeral after I had died. This was very easy to do and as I preferred to speak to someone in person rather than online I called and spoke to Tracy who was fantastic. Tracy went through everything in plain English and made sure I understood everything - Great service and I agreed and paid for my plan there and then. A few months later when I was telling my Mum about it she decided that she would like to do the same. Again I phoned and specifically asked for Tracy and again she was brilliant. Sadly just less than a year after setting my Mum's plan up she died after a fall and other health complications. I called Pure and just as advertised it all went very smoothly. I was treated very kindly and respectfully and they brought my Mum's ashes to me at home last week by a lovely kind man called Andrew. I cannot praise this service enough, it took so much pressure off at such a sad time. I would definitely reccomend this service to my family and friends. Thank you Pure and your lovely staff.”

“Can’t express how helpful all the staff at Pure Cremation have been. Everyone was so respectful to me and my late mum they treated her as a person not a number. They kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and continuously checked on the families wishes. Highly recommend them.”

“Pure Cremation was easy to deal with, respectful and efficient. The team was polite, helpful and friendly although I did find I was repeating the same information a few times. All in all I would recommend them .”

“Im not dead yet, but wanted to leave my own review, I feel safe in the knowledge when I am dead the whole disposal of my body will be dealt with well. The lady I spoke to was kind informative and understanding, not everyone has the boo hoo approach to dying there is nothing you can do it will happen. I dont care I will be dead and no one will care if it took 3 weeks to get the ashes back because I will be dead and gone . You live you die and the waste product of this needs to be dealt with as long as it is done properly im happy.”
