“From the very first phone call to the final farewell, what pure cremation provided was nothing short of exceptional. During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, every member of your team treated us with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. “Fantastic service from beginning to end. Not overbearing, just the right amount of input. Kept me informed every step of tbe way. They took my Mother out of her room with dignity. The staff were blown away with the level of care and professionalism. The ashes were delivered with dignity and respect. I highly recommend using Pure Cremations if you don't want the fuss, cost and drama of a funeral. Thank you PC for making everything so much easier.”

“I chose pure cremation for my friend who recently passed suddenly. Am so pleased with their services. Everyone i delt with was extremely kind and helpful. He's ashes was delivered by hand to me at home and the young lady who brought them was very nice and caring. I intend to go with pure cremation when its my turn. Couldn't ask for a more dignified caring way to go”

“I was pleased with the service we received. The people I spoke to were very compassionate and understanding and explained the process well. The only negative I have is that we were told we would get an email the day before we received the ashes but this never came through - to let us know a 4 hour window when we would receive the ashes. However, as promised we did receive a phone call the morning they were being delivered to give us a 1 hour delivery window - which was adhered to. Overall a very simple, efficient, no fuss, reliable service. Thank you”
