“Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time. Fully recommend Pure Cremation 10/10”

“The whole process was very good the lady who brought the ashes home was very pleasant smartly dressed and professional. The container the ashes came in is very acceptable and eco friendly. It was very nice that a tree has also been planted in my dad's name. Thank you.”

“Due to sudden demise, we contacted Pure Cremation Ltd., who kindly and with sympathy organized the collection and cremation of my father's ashes, with complete notifications along the way. They then delivered the ashes to our home on the promised day. The service from start to finish was first class and highly recommended.”

“Everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble for my customers rep Laura, the only niggle was the container that my husbands ashes were returned in, but other than that would not hesitate to recomend.”

They have recently undertaken the passing of both my Mother and my Father, and I know that they both would have been pleased with the way their wishes were fulfilled. “My uncle passed away on 19th July 2025. Prior to his death my uncle rrequested a Pure Cremation funeral. I contacted Pure Cremation and the customer service reprsentative I spoke to was excellent, she was sympathic and provided me with information. The process was explained and I received regular updates. I even arranged to have my aunties ashes to be scattered in the garden of remberance with my uncles ashes. I would recommend Pure Cremation. Thanks to Pure Cremation for their help/ support at this difficult time.”

“So kind and very helpful. Explained every stage and excellent communication dealing with one person. Notified me of the ashes return and two very smart uniformed staff arrived on time. Very sympathetic and having seen how distressed I was asked if I'd like a hug. I was very impressed how easy they made this difficult time. Have already arranged for my own funeral so it will be as easy for my family.”

“I was so happy that all the stuff needed by the Law was delt with. And we where left with the ashes so that I can do as my wife wanted. me and my friends and family can be there at her final resting place.”
