“Losing a loved one is never easy, but coping with the immediate aftermath of when someone initially dies, is difficult, painful, and all consuming. Thankfully we had chosen Pure Cremations to assist us with those first few hours and days of losing our father. Professional, sympathetic, and understanding, Pure Cremations collected our father (albeit late in the evening), and with reverence and dignity, looked after him until his cremation. His ashes were returned to us, in an equally decorus manner. Thank you for taking such good care of our beloved father.”

“We didn't have a Pure Cremation plan but had meant to get one. My husband died in a nursing home in the middle of the night and I was able to contact them immediately, arrange collection of his body and pay for the service in one half-hour long call with a bright compassionate and clear-speaking representative. Everything happened as was promised in the call znd I received informative e-mails all through the process. The ashes were brought home by a lovely, uniformed representative of the company. She was compassionate and didn't rush me when I was speaking about Alan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation to anyone in need of such a service.”

“I have arranged a total of 3 simple cremations with Pure Cremation now because from my experience with the first one they proved to be the perfect choice. The customer care from the first phonecall to the return of loved ones ashes is exemplary. And the whole process is uncomplicated and leaves you assured that everything is being taken care of.”

“The people who I dealt with over the phone were professional and caring. It was all explained clearly in an empathetic manner. The follow up call told me what day the cremation would take place and my sons ashes were returned less than a week later by a lovely lady. I would recommend pure cremation as they made a difficult time a little bit easier”

“From the first phone call, the men who came and took my husband into their care and the lovely lady who brought his ashes home to us.the whole family were treated with the utmost dignity and respect . Had follow up phone calls to check that we were all ok and to see if we needed anything.We could not fault Pure Cremation, the kindness and respect they showed us throughout the whole procedure made a very difficult time for us much more bearable.”
