“Fantastic service, full of empathy, treated you like you were the only one going through this sad time. Could not fault the Service, all staff were incredibly sympathetic and extremely helpful, such a good plan and has allowed our family to have our own memorial in our own time. Fully recommend Pure Cremation 10/10”

“Can’t recommend Pure Cremation enough. For what is obviously a hugely difficult time, everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as expected, and often better, and the whole process worked perfectly. Very impressed and grateful.”

“I can not praise them enough everything was done very professionally. I was kept informed every step of the way they were respectful courteous and most of all kind. The young lady who returned my Rays ashes was very nice Steph I believe her name was. She was polite and respectful and was very smart she stayed a little while and asked about my husband. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Honestly i am so happy that myself, my mom and my brother chose pure cremation for my dad. From the first phone call to my dad being brought home to us pure cremation have but nothing but helpful and supportive throughout my dad’s last journey. I didn’t like the thought of my dad not having a funeral at first but once I spoke to Mathew on the phone and he answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable with our decision. My dad didn’t like fuss and he wouldn’t want us to spend thousands on cremating him so we are all very happy with our decisions with going with pure cremation.”

“My father had chosen a direct cremation with Pure Cremation and you did him proud. I spoke to different members of your teams to report his death, arrange for his body to be collected and for his ashes to be returned. Each member of your team was kind and compassionate, efficiently making sure everything happened as smoothly as possible. I was kept fully informed throughout and knew that you were at the end of the phone if I had any questions. On behalf of the whole family, thank you for perfectly fulfilling Dad's final wishes.”

“My husband passed away recently and Pure Cremations were excellent. Everything went so smoothly from the time I phoned them to ask if they would collect him to when they brought him home to me in a beautiful urn. Very professional, no fuss and they were so respectful and kind. I was upset and the man who brought him offered to come and sit with me until I calmed down. I am now going to arrange my cremation with them.”

“Having never gone through anything like this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised how simple Pure Cremation makes the process. Essentially, everything is taken care of in a telephone conversation where you answer a series of questions and then they update you as each step is completed along the way. Pure Cremation takes away a lot of the logistical related stress in the situation of losing a loved one, giving you time to deal with your own emotions while they take care of things. They act in a very caring and professional manner throughout and keep you informed throughout.”
