“We cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the service they gave us after we lost our Son. They were very professional and sympathetic keeping us up to date as to what was happening. All paperwork that was needed was dealt with by them. After they had done the cremation we had the ashes delivered by hand in a nice urn. How can they improve their service? We do not think it is possible. Iris and John”

“Excellent, compassinate and caring team. Keep you updated throughout the whole process from beginning to the end. Even on delivering the ashes it was dealt with the upmost respect. The driver even asked if we needed any further information before leaving.”

“Sadly this is the 2nd time I have used Pure Cremation in the last 2 years. It's a very simple process and always handled with sensitivity and care. The day of cremation and Small gathering we organised went well, with the music we wanted and a video relay set up for family and friends who could not join us. My loved one's ashes were returned to me a couple of weeks later a d await scattering. Pure Cremation do what they say with consideration and empathy; I highly recommend them.”

“The family and I cannot fault anything from start to finish. When I lost my husband suddenly as I did, they were so helpful with everything they organised. It was so lovely to be able to phone at all times and have someone to speak to and also to have your own contact who dealt with everything. I cannot recommend your company highly enough. “From the first time I called Pure Cremation and arranged both my husband's and my own Cremation Plan, through to very sadly my husband's cremation, everyone involved was so very caring, sensitive and professional. “In order to assist my close friend with the arrangements following her husbands passing, I acted as the main contact between the deceased's wife and Pure Cremations in what was naturally a very difficult time. The support and service provided by all of the staff at Pure Cremations has been first class and the team kept us advised at all times of how they were caring for her husband. Julia, our main contact was extremely helpful, informative and compassionate and helped make the whole process calm and comforting. PC are obviously a large company, however, at all times we were made to feel and treated with a personal and individual approach. All aspects of the cremation could not have been managed or handled in a more sensitive or professional manner and we are extremely grateful to the staff for helping in the difficult time.”

“Very helpful and was kept updated at all times. The only negative came from the home where my mother lived. My mum died at 9.10pm and was not collected until 5am the following morning. I guess you were busy.”

Dear Tracy, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are legally unable to bring anyone into our care until their death has been verified by a medical professional. In this case, although your mother passed away at just after 09:00, we then didn’t receive a call from the Care Home to confirm this had happened at 22:44. We arranged to come and look after your mother as soon as we were informed. As we cover the whole of England and Wales, it does sometimes take us a few hours in travel time to be able to look after someone. We try to make sure that we carefully manage everyone’s expectations, and our process is to call with an estimated time of arrival so those caring for the person is kept up to date. This also prompts a conversation around alternative options should this timescale not be suitable. I hope this helps in giving you reassurance that we acted swiftly in order to look after your mother, and anyone else we are trusted to care for. Kind regards, Harriet

“Pure Cremation offered such a simple, straight-forward solution, whilst being respectful and helpful at a difficult time. A sudden funeral in the middle of winter would have been difficult for widespread family and elderly friends. Instead, we are now able to arrange a memorial service in Spring that everyone can attend. It is so much cheaper than a funeral and now we have time to think about how we want to spend money on flowers, food and so forth - a standard funeral feels like such a lot of pressure and expense, at a time when you are feeling dazed from the loss.”

“It made me feel, close to my Husband to say your pain, is over . It was beautiful , i was able to cry laugh , The staff were Wonderful, sat with me , answered all my questions , had a pot of tea , hugs , they were the Best ,I misss my Husband very much , but i am So pleased with Pure Cremations , Thank you all .
