“The people who collected my husband were extremely respectful and caring. The only issues I had were i would have liked to know the time of the cremation not just the day. When the ashes came home it was too quick and rushed. The lady seemed to be in such a hurry and wasn't anywhere near as respectful as I expected.”

“When my Mum passed away very recently, we contacted Pure Cremation, intially for information as our families had never used this service before. We were overwhelmd by the kindness understanding and respect they showed us and my Mum. From the first conversation the lovely staff at Pure Cremation kept us thorougly informed of each stage with compassion and kindness. When Rick delivered my Mums ashes back home to us it was as though this was a dear member of his own family, we will never foget this. We can recommend Pure Cremation completely and in fact my Husband,myself and other members of our family would use this amazing service. Thank you to all at Pure Cremation from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness and caring made a very difficult time much more bearable. Denise Richardson”

“Kind & respectful staff, who made a very sad time a little easier! My only complaint would be the container the Ashes were returned in, looks like a large commercial box of coffee.”

“Pure cremation really pulled out all the stops for our mom, they did an absolutely fantastic job and kept in touch all the time and Ryan delivered our moms ashes back home was amazing Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️”

“From the first phone call to the ashes being delivered back to me at home I couldn't believe how easy everyone made things for me keeping me informed every step of the way and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who listens and have already instructed my daughters to use you when my time comes as I also felt that a lot of stress was taken away from me at such a sad time. Thank you pure cremation and keep up the good work and if I could I would give you more than 5 stars”

“Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and called to keep me informed throughout. The only thing we didn’t like was what the ashes came back in, it looked liked. Cereal box.”

“Excellent service from the start kept well informed about the process step by step . However was a little disappointed when our loved ones ashes were returned the driver just seemed to want a signature quickly and move on . I asked how to open the container and was advised there's normally instructions in the bag but appears we've run out ! Not want I wanted to hear . Going on the rest of the professional service not sure this gentleman has the correct rapour to be doing such a delicate part of your service . This is not a complaint it's just to hilight maybe a little added training maybe necessary when being asked how to deal with a loved ones ashes .”

“From beginning to the end Pure Cremation provided a most professional and also friendly service. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening and the lady who brought Dad’s ashes was very respectful and kind. I have nothing negative to say about Pure Cremation and I will be thinking of them when I need to go through all this again for my Mum who is 91 with dementia yet somehow still getting through each day.”

“From the first phone call to set up the value for money cremation right though to the ashes being delivered, the process was pure and simple with Pure Cremation staff keepinging you infomed with regular communications by e-mail and phone. For my fahther who passed away and my family who wanted a simple and cost effective cremation process the service provided was just right. So thank you Pure Cremation.”

“In a word awful. I'm afraid that I have nothing to commend this company. Every interaction was conducted as a business transaction. There was no thought, no empathy, no condolences, appalling. My first contact was a voice mail saying call us back, it didn't say please accept our condolences, please call back when you can accpeting that this is a difficult time. When I then spoke with the operative, after 15 mins of going through forms I reminded him that it would have been nice if had offered condolences at the start of the call. It's not even done as part of a script. All other contact was the same, shamefully poor and shows no respect at all for relatives greiving. If you are considering using this company, please don't.”
