“I organized a cremation. for my brother Brendan from Ireland and found your service great. All members of staff I spoke were very respectful and lovely. I collected the ashes which was delivered to a cousin of mine in England and I had numerous phone calls to let me know what was happening. I was extremely happy and grateful for your service Thanking you Deirdre Minogue”

We aim to ensure that all details are added to our STOP file immediately once requested, which will prevent further mailings to an address. “Pure cremation was a stress free funeral with very helpful friendly people too talk to, my husband was picked up by two very polite young men who made me feel at ease, he was returned to me with the same respect and politeness I would recommend pure cremation.”

“We as a family having lost a close loved one found the experience with yourselves at such a sad time very professional very supportive very reassuring that everything would be done with tender loving care. The few times I emailed I received quick replies. My dad decided his ashes were to be scattered on the commemorative garden in Andover we as a family changed the plans and wanted his ashes to be buried at the village church my dad was born and lived for many years also where we as kids grew up it seemed right the change of arrangements when very smoothly and dad arrived home on Wednesday gone a huge thank you to Chloe Macguire who looked after my dad and was a huge support and gave us peace of mind. Thank you”

“I was very pleased with the way Pure Cremation helped me through a very unhappy and sad time in my life so respectful when they came to take my husband Adrian into there care , and with all the drama we had with the doctors mistakes they took control and done everything for me went above and beyond so I could grieve my husband passing and bought him home to me in a very nice way ,when I get stronger I will be using them for myself as I know my loved ones will be treated with kindness and respect .”

“I mainly spoke to Kingsly, what a pleasant gentleman he was and looked after mams wishes, including making it possible to get mams ashes to us before my sister had to return to Canada, I also spoke to a couple of your female staff they were also very courteous and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services but in a nice way I hope I don’t need you for quite sometime. (The picture is mam Joan Conn Sadler passed on 8th June.)”

“There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Pure Cremation for looking after my Dad. My Mum was extremely impressed with how discreet and professional they were especially as it was in the early hours of the morning. My Dad was treated with respect at all times. “When my husband passed away I thought pure Cremation would be there to help! After I informed them of the death of my husband I felt reassured things would run smoothly how wrong was I.. I had to phone to find out when my husband would be collected it took two weeks and quite a few phone calls before this happened. I was promised phone calls to keep me updated but these never came I was so stressed that I had to get my sister to continue to speak to them they always apologised and said another department/ person should have called me with the information even one day my sister was speaking to someone on one line only for another person to call and apologise to me saying they would be collecting my husband the following day when my sister had just been told he had been collected and in their care! Which he was. I don’t think the communication between their staff is good. If it wasn’t for my sister taking control I could not have coped, when you are grieving the last thing you need is incompetence, my husband arranged this thinking it would be less stressful for me if only he knew! … four weeks on I now have my husband home..”

“From Pat (widow of John) - It was John's wish to have a simple cremation with no fuss. Pure Cremation ensured that he got his wish but they also ensured that the whole experience was caring and considerate. Thank you to all of the Pure Cremation team, and especially to Steven for being so kind and caring when returning John's ashes to me. From Helen (Stepdaughter) - From our first interaction with Pure Cremation to the return of John's ashes, Pure Cremation were extremely kind and considerate. They always referred to John by his first name and were respectful and caring in using expressions such as "John is now in our care". These personalised touches meant so much to us. John's ashes were returned by Steven from the Pure team. Unfortunately, I was not able to be with mum on this day. Steven took time from his already busy day to offer her comfort and spent over an hour with her. This was truly exceptional, and Mum was so grateful to him. Pure Cremation exceeded our expectations. They have an amazing, caring team and we wholeheartedly recommend them.”
