“Stunning job. Took out the policy in the morning and needed to use it that evening. They helped me through the entire process and it was done with compassion and respect. constant updates on the entire process and even a courtesy call to check on how I was coping. If you do not want any fuss use these guys. AMAZING,,,Thank You”

“From the first phonecall I found the lady I spoke with very helpful this was at the lowest time of my life, having lost my husband only three days earlier. Everything was set in place in a very short time I found the whole thing easier and not the ordeal that I dreaded. I opted for a cremation only without the ordeal of a service, this was in accordance with my husband’s wishes and the family and friends were able to say farewell in a lighter setting of our choice, yes there were tears but a lot of laughter and wonderful memories without the agony that a service would have been. Pure Cremation hand delivered the ashes to me even though I live way up the country from Hampshire. So many of my family and friends have been impressed by the efficiency and ease of this type of saying farewell without actually having a funeral that many have said this is what they are looking to do themselves, so I would like to say a big thank you for making a very sad stressful time easier for me. The office also kept me informed and contacted me when they said they would be doing so , many thanks to your team.”

“Well , I think this company caused me more stress than I needed at the time of my husband passing , I rang them in the morning of his death and 19 days after they collected him from the hospital, I rang to say what was happening after I sent in all the forms and death certificate only to be told I hadn’t returned the release the body form , no empathy what’s so ever , I said that body is my husband , checked my emails and saw that I had received the email early that morning , PC disagreed with that , I then waited a few more days and rang again I got maybe dates for collection and cremation , eventually I spoke to Alex who cave me something in concrete so I knew what was happen . The ashes did arrive on the day they said but yet another awful experience , where I live is difficult to find so I told the drive to head for an address near me , he arrive at a parking area I told him that he couldn’t park here as it was private but there is an area just near he could use , his replied was it’s ok I have your husbands ashes here and proceed to hand me a bag , I burst into tears it was so impersonal I felt I was getting a Tesco delivery , the driver did ask if I was going to be ok , at which time my Mum arrive and we walk to the house . I carried out my husband wishes to use this company , also my family thought Pure Cremation was something that they would like to use , but not now , and neither would I . I have found out that most local funeral company’s will do the same , and hopefully with a lot more empathy .”

“Excellent company. Kept me informed every step of the way from my informing them of persons death.. all the way through to the hand delivery of deceaseds ashes. After registering death..registrar emailed documents to Pure Cremation.. Always kept in the loop from calling to say they had documentation required arranging date for actual cremation and again to let me know all went smoothly.. After that a call to say which day ashes would be delivered.. On the actual day gentleman delivering also called with estimated time of delivery.. I can't thank Pure Cremation enough and to the lovely friendly staff.. Very caring.... Thankyou again.”

“Pure Cremation have been absolutely amazing from our first contact to the delivery of my dad's ashes back to my mum. Any queries have been dealt with immediately and with a caring response. I cannot fault Pure Cremation in any way.”

“Although initially I thought the service received was good, I later found I had cause to complain and, when I did, I didn't even receive an acknowledgement of my complaint, let alone a response!”

“THE CARE AND KINDNESS WITH REGULAR UPDATES FROM PHONE CALLS I RECEIVED FROM YOU DURING THE PROCESS WERE GREATLY APPRECIATED. DAD'S ASHES WERE DELIVERED BY A LOVELY DRIVER CALLED STEVE, IN A BEAUTIFUL BOX. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I ARE GOING TO USE YOUR COMPANY, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU, YOU DESERVE THE 5 STAR REVIEW. “I was most impressed by the kindness and sympathy of all the staff at Pure Cremations who recently handled the cremation of my late brother. All the paperwork was done most efficiently. I loved the grounds at Charlton Park which are so peaceful and beautiful. When I collected the ashes again the people who dealt with them were kind and helpful. Even going a bit above and beyond to establish where they had scattered my father's ashes the year before so that I could scatter my mother's in the same place. I would recommend them to anyone!”
