“The people I spoke to were unfailingly pleasant and helpful though I must have seemed like a pest because it appeared a long time till my husband was collected from Bradford Royal Infirmary and I rang frequently for updates. His ashes were taken to my son as arranged. All in all, very good.”

“My mother took out her Pure Cremation plan some time ago as she wanted a no fuss send off. I have to say that I have been very impressed with the service that I and my family have received. Everyone that we have dealt with has been respectful, polite and helpful and we have been kept informed at all stages of the process. Whenever I have rung I have been dealt with promptly and at the time negating the need to wait for a call back. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation. The service has been highly professional across the board making a very upsetting and difficult time more manageable.”

“Fantastic service by lovely people. My mom passed away in her Nursing Home in the early hours of June 8th. Greg was my initial contact, he was just so kind and caring and talked me through everything and waited patiently as I got upset, I really couldn’t fault him and he also rang me when mom was collected at 5am in the morning. After that he told me that someone else would be in touch and that was Kingsley, another nice person who made we feel at ease aswell. Finally a big thank you to Emma Soul who delivered my moms ashes to me. She was just do lovely and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure Cremations, first class service, great communication all the way through and with the right people who care. Thank you all so much, it has meant such a lot to me.”

“From first contact, Pure Cremations were brilliant. We had delays caused by the Coroner, then the Register Office meaning we had to delay collection twice. Pure Cremations took this in their stride. The ashes were returned at the time specified by a kind, polite person. Following the excellent treatment of my Father-in-Law, my Mother-in-Law was impressed and pre-paid for her own cremation by Pure. I cannot think of a single aspect that could have been better. Thanks to all involved. Ian & Angela.”

“Wonderful company.very kind staff, made the whole process easy at such a sad time. From start to finish all the team kept in touch, informed us as it all progressed. I would not hesitate to use Pure Cremation again for myself and other members of my family when the time come. “From the first phone call to the delivery of my parent's ashes, I had complete confidence and trust in Pure Cremation. The consideration of the Pure Cremation staff allowed me to feel that my dad and shortly after my mum were taken care of with the utmost care and respect. Gail and Kirsty were a constant on the end of the phone. Ashes are delivered promptly by hand; the staff involved of the same high standard. Thank you all. I have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremaion unreservedly.”

“The service has been excellent. Dad was collected on a Sunday within 6 hours of his death. The chaps were very considerate and made sure that my Mum was not disturbed in the other room. The communication has been great and the ashes were returned by another very kind & helpful chap. Thank you to everyone including the people behind the scenes that make the phone calls etc.”

“Our brother died young aged 57 from cancer and arranged his own cremation with Pure Cremation. This service is top class and we as a family cannot fault it. They have kept us up to date all the way through the process and delivered our brothers ashes back to us by a wonderful guy who is very passionate about the work they do, and we can see why. We would recommend Pure Cremation as a company. Thank you for taking care of our brother.”
