“On first contacting Pure Cremation i was unsure if they would be able to help as my mother had not started the plan.But they were exceptional and very sympathetic towards myself and my father.They went through everything step by step and explained everything thoroughly. Kept me up to date with everything regarding my mother.When mums ashes were returned to my dad they are presented in a lovely woodland decorated urn.My experience with pure cremation was a smooth and non stressful and i highly recommended them if your love one chooses them when it is there time.”

“The service my family has received at such a difficult time has been amazing. From the first phone call every person spoken to has been caring, kind and compassionate. We were always kept informed and any wishes we had were accepted. We have no doubt our loved one was cared for as we would have done and are so very grateful for this.”

“Very well handled from start to finish, I can't thank Pure Cremation enough for the help and support through the whole process, everyone I spoke to was amazingly helpful and under the circumstances a pleasure to deal with. My only bug and it is small would be to maybe wait a little while longer before sending a review request out.”

“My father had booked and paid for Pure Cremations to carry out his wishes.The staff were very helpful,curtious and very supportive.They were in contact with us right through the whole procedure.And the Gentleman who delivered the ashes was also very humble and friendly.Highly recommended PureCremations thank you for your excellent service.”

“Excellent and faultless service, the staff were very nice and everything went smoothly. This all helped to make a seamless experience during a difficult time all without the worry, coordination and expense of a cremation service that allows us to pay our respects in our way as a family in our own time. I can't recommend it enough.”

“I felt my father was valued. The staff were so friendly and caring. They kept me up to date with every detail. The ashes were delivered to my door within a few days by a ver lovely man who called me first to let me know he was on his way. Very happy with the service through what has been a very sad time for me. Thank you.”

“We recently used Pure Cremation to carry out our Dad’s wishes. The service we received was above and beyond excellent. The compassion for our loved one shown by everyone we contacted made the process easier to deal with during difficult times. We would fully recommend Pure Cremation, they keep you informed every step of the way. We recently used pure cremation to uphold my mother's/nanas, wishes for the simple fair well that she wanted, it's always difficult to put into words but the service we received was above and beyond excellent. our lovely client care advisor Michaela Cone helped us every step of the way and through the few problems we had, that was caused by the hospital. Her due diligence and compassion for our loved ones made the process easier to handle and we cannot thank her enough for the way that she supported us through this upsetting time. we would fully recommend pure cremation as a company and the people behind the scenes as they make sure you are taken care of and they truly did keep us informed every step of the way. And Andy who delivered the ashes of our loved ones back to us was really respectful and compassionate and we really appreciated how both ourselves and our loved one was treated.”
