“Extremely professional and efficient service at a difficult time. Everyone we spoke to was very empathetic, this made the whole experience less traumatic than expected. To anyone thinking of having this kind of cremation I would recommend pure cremation.”

“Comprehensive, well organised, professional service performed by Pure Cremation Ltd. Excellent value for money; ( As long as understood, no family send off of loved one at commital, not included in price, but ashes returned to relevant address in suitable container.”

“My wife and I both decided Pure was what we both wanted, a simple cremation with out fuss, all the worries taken away from us. We did not anticipate that their services were not needed, but things change and a simple call they got the cremation done. As they said simple and fuss free. Thankyou from the bottom of my broken Heart, PURE Cremations”

“When my father first told me he wanted a direct cremation I wasn’t so sure about it. The time eventually came and the whole experience was completely positive. I was treated with respect and compassion and I was kept informed with every stage of the process. I got chatting to one of the team and when they found out my father was a veteran they made sure he had the poppy urn for his ashes. A process I was dreading was made much easier by the team and I couldn’t fault anything about it.”

“This was my first experience of this. I found them very kind caring and professional.They were very helpful and kept me well informed of all procedures and timings . My fathers ashes were delivered back to me , and with dignity and respect. My mother also has a plan so will be dealing with them again.tracy edwards”

“My dad passed away without having anything planned funeral wise but I had briefly spoken to him about pure cremations. Me and my partner decided it was the best decision for our circumstances. When I made the initial phone call to book everything was made simple and easy to book and the person on the phone dealt with everything very well. She went above and beyond and was very thoughtful. I was supported through the whole process and informed of changes and what was happening at what time from when my dad's body was collected and in there care to when the cremation would be and they offered help if needed. The ashes being delivered to my door was also a well thought process and the person delivering them was very pleasant and had the upmost respect for my dad's ashes and for me. Thank you to all at pure cremation for there time and there help at a very hard time in my life.”

“My mum passed: the level of care, support and sympathy was amazing from Pure Cremation. From beginning to her finally being returned home.
