“We are so pleased to have decided on Pure Cremations,they were so kind and understanding. We were helped through with everything explained from the first phone call. The pressure was taken away and they organised everything very calmly. Thank you.”

“It is never good loosing a loved one! I can say hand on heart Pure Cremation were absolutely so professional and sensitive to any needs, also the staff who returned Mum to me. Thank you all very much.”

“When my father-in-law passed away the two men who picked him up were very professional, thoughtful and caring. They even showed respect when driving away by driving slowly . The staff on the phone were informative, professional and polite. There was always someone available for advice. We were informed during every part of the process. We live in Yorkshire and the ashes were brought to us from Hampshire by the Pure Cremation staff. The lady who brought them was very polite and caring. The urn that the ashes were placed was very nice. We feel also that Pure Cremation is good value for money. We will request Pure Cremation for ourselves we are that satisfied.”

“Thank you for all your help and care with my mum. It was lovely to speak to people who seemed to genuinely care about her and myself and my family. Everything that you said would be done was done at the time stated and your staff went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems that I had with registrars re death certificate and also the doctors not signing forms etc. thank once again”

“Pure Cremations handled my parents cremations five years apart . On both occasions they performed their duties with dignity and respect . They communicated with the family at every stage and we were well informed as to the process snd timings . If anyone were to ask I would highly recommend Pure Cremations as an alternative funeral arrangements . Thank you .”

“Everything was dealt with from start to finish with no fuss. Very happy with the service we as a family received. They notified us with Cremation date and returning of our mum's ashes. Will happily use them again and also recommend.”

“My family and I would like to extend our thanks to everyone at Pure Cremation they were everything they said they would be and more. The service they provided was excellent from collecting my husband from the hospital to returning his ashes to us. We were kept informed every step of the way and treated with great respect. Losing a loved one is such a stressful time, but by choosing Pure Cremation it made this time so much easier for us. If you are thinking of having this type of service instead of a traditional funeral I would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“From the initial phone call right through to my Mother's ashes being returned I have found dealing with Pure Cremation to be stress-free. I was kept informed at every stage and all staff I dealt with were helpful polite and sympathetic. Mum's ashes were returned in a beautiful urn. I have been most impressed and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pure Cremation. Thank you.”
